The Workout

Core. Balance. Fitness.

During a 45-minute class at CB Fit, you will experience a complete core-focused workout that will have you shaking, sweating, and burning over 500 calories a session! You will feel muscles you didn’t even know existed and begin to see improved muscle definition, strength, and balance. The beauty of the method is that regardless of your fitness level, you can do this workout.

The basis of this total body workout is slow and controlled movements, each performed to a specific time and tempo designed to activate your slow twitch muscle fibers that lengthen and tone the muscle, as opposed to bulking the muscle. The torso is the body’s center of power, so the more strength and stability trained in this area, the better chances you will have in preventing injuries and maintaining good alignment and posture.

What to bring to class:
  • A towel because you WILL break a sweat!
  • Grippy socks are highly recommended but not required. You can purchase grip socks at CB Fit.
  • A water bottle or you may purchase a stainless steel CB Fit branded water bottle at the studio.
  • Comfortable workout clothes
Who can do the workout:
  • You must be 16 years of age or older and clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign their waiver.
  • If you are pregnant, have any health conditions, or major injuries please seek approval from your doctor before taking a class.
Class types

FUNDAMENTAL – Full body strength training workout that teaches the basic moves of the Lagree Method. This class is specifically designed for beginners.

TOTAL BODY – Full body strength training workout. All levels welcome.

MEGA ABS AND ARMS – Upper body and core focused workout. All levels welcome.

MEGA ABS AND BOOTY – Lower body focused with an emphasis on the glutes and core. All levels welcome.

What if I’m running late?
  • If you are new to the workout, you must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class so that the instructor can give you a run down of the machine. If you are late then you will not be allowed to take class and will have to re-schedule for safety reasons.
  • If you are an existing client and are running late you may jump into class. If you are late and the class has a wait list your spot will be given away the moment the class starts.  There is no grace period in these situations.
